LMC-1 "Hung"

The search on this forum is terrible. I tried looking for a previous answer to the issue I'm seeing, but I kept getting UMC-1 threads returned.

My LMC-1 appears to be hung, or non-responsive. The display will only flash LMC-1 over and over. Function knob is not responding. I've unplugged and flipped the main power switch in the back with no luck. Anyone ever seen this before. Figured I'd come here first before emailing the Emotiva staff. Figure they are quite busy these days.

You should always go to them first.
Busy means they may not answer you here directly.
An email followed up by a phone call in the morning will be your best bet.
