I've read something about the advent of the XPS 1 preamp.
Does anyone know when this is due to be released and what features it will have?

For those that are interested, we've tried to compile as much information on the XSP-1 as possible, over at Emontics. If anyone has any more information, or corrections, let us all know here and I'll also get the Emonatics page updated. |

Stan, so are a lot of the rest of us.  I really really think it's going to be one of the finest analog preamps built. I think that because Emotiva has to do better than the USP-1, or why build it? And the USP-1 is getting tons of positive feedback. At the same time, the XDA-1 supposedly has an incredible analog output section, bettering even the USP-1, so I have to imagine it's going to be better than that, as well. The XSP-1 should end up being a reference class, competes-with-the-best-of-them, 2-channel analog preamp. |

At Axpona I was told late summer for the XSP1. I would look for it around September.

My current ADCOM preamp's left channel has bit the dust. I've got this high powered system that is only playable in mono now......
