Hey everyone. Did the FW update with no problems. One question though---were did dolby volume go. It was listed under parameters before now its not. I know it was stated that there was going to be Midnight Dolby Volume but I can not find it anywhere in the OSD. I can still use my Logitechs DV button to change from OFF-LOW-MED-HIGH but nothing else. Am I missing something? ?

You are correct If you use the up arrow doesnt show but if you scroll DOWN it shows. Very cool. Whats the difference between the low med high settings with dolby volume??

In Dolby Volume, there is some additional modeling going on and for each stage the modeling and amount of compression applied changes. I.e., low med and high. ;D What else did you see along with the Dolby Volume? ;D

Where do I find center width and dimension? Along with midnight modes........my Emo remote went dead weeks ago and am using my Harmony One remote.........can't find the settings...... Also, didnt you guys add a 3rd Manual EQ preset too? Because I could have sworn there were only 2 before..............I was hoping to get at LEAST 1 Easter Egg.........

The dimension, midnight and center are all at the bottom of the Parameter page. So just scroll down on that page and you will find them. Sorry, but we always had three EQs, but it was a good guess none the less.

Well heck, I knew about those in advance reading Dan's FW thread. But I'm glad it's been revealed so I can stop going through the menu and driving myself nuts not finding anything! The cursor buttons on my remote are wearing thin! ;D

When I try to select Dolby volume at any level, it cuts off my audio from my sat box. Even switching inputs up/dn didn't get my sound back until I turned DV off again. ??

If you run into issues when you have dolby volume on try turning up or down your volume to disengage the "compression" I guess would be the best way to describe it. Say if you go from a cable channel thats in 2 channel stereo then to a digital cable channel thats 5.1 and hit the volume buttom you will hear what I'm talking about. Works the same whether you have cable or sat. Very useful feature for switching between channels and inputs.
