From the update instructions: "9) m. The unit will then momentarily shut down and power back up on its own."
After applying the v6 firmware update a 3rd time I found that my unit doesn't do that. It Shows the loading message and goes directly to the tuner input. Did anybody experience anything different?

Press Mute(key), then Status(key), then vol. up(key) to see your new FW installed. Enjoy.......... |

What should the display read after doing this? Mine says something like 6.02.00.04 6.02.00.04 is correct. By the way, step 8) just uploads data to the UMC-1 but there's no additional action required by the user nor does the updater app indicate any further processing. Is that how it's supposed to be? |
