I believe they are posted (as links) on the product page. If you have a Harmony remote they are in the database.

Copied and pasted the hex data from the links and no luck with the posted codes. I can learn the existing codes from the remote, but what company doesn't have direct input buttons on their factory remote???!! Oh yeah!! Emotiva is the only one! Am I missing something? Checked RTI and URC, even tried copying the hex file from the CCP file and no dice. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

There are many companies that don't even tell the users they have discrete codes, this is probably most common with televisions though.

The hex codes worked great on my MX-810.

Many companies do not have direct inputs on their remotes.. and their stuff costs several times the price of a UMC. I have a Sony XBR TV that cost $4k+ and it doesn't have direct inputs. That said, I have entered the discrete codes from the published PDF into my URC remote and they work swimmingly. I have sent my device file to a few members that have URC codes and it worked for them too. If you end up with a URC code I'd be happy to send you my file. Just send me PM with your email address. If you go with a Harmony remote then the discrete codes are already in their database.

Sony is probably an anomaly, in that they change from direct inputs to one button depending on the model and the whim of the moment. Possibly because they want you to buy their universal? Who knows. I have a few Sony's kicking around all the way back to my first major TV purchase (1989 a 27" that cost $1900) which has "S" vide and direct inputs.
