Before you ask, why did I do it this way? Because I converted it from a RAR to a ZIP file which seems to be much easier for most of the forum members to deal with.

So does today's release also contain the stuff from the Beta from last week? I didn't install last weeks update. Do I need to install both separately?

I just didn't bother with the previous beta as I never use Dolby PLIIx. The audio drops with my DVR are the last fix that I'm waiting on. |

I know this has been answered before in previous posts, but i can't seem to find it. How do you check the firmware version on th UMC-1. Just installed the beta 2. thanks for the help

I just checked firmware verison and it displayed 6.02.00.14 for beta 2.

Do we know what beta2 offers us? What issues are addressed? Lonnie said that the audio drop outs were addressed. He also mentioned an improvement in sound quality. But the audio drops are the only thing that I'm still waiting on. If Lonnie has indeed fixed this issue, I will be incredibly stoked!! |
