Are the EQ settings after running EmoQ generally accurate? I've seen lots of discussion regarding the crossovers etc being messed up (which mine were as well, one speaker at 20, the rest were at 200 or 250 even though I have same drivers/tweeters all the way around) but little discussion about the individual channel EQs (which was one of the main things I liked about the UMC when considering purchase)
After running emoq my EQ set the following: - Flat at 0 for all speakers except Left Rear which had some tweaks - Subwoofer had massive changes. Generally massively lowered the lower half of the frequencies and cranked the higher freq. Almost a straight line from the lowest freq being maxed on the negative and the highest frequency maxed on the positive.
Are the EQs set independently from the crossovers? For example if your crossover in step 1 is set to 250, will it not EQ below 250 for the speaker?
Based on that video from Lonnie (which I can't seem to find now) the EMOQ sets the crossover at the first frequency it sees a dip of a certain amount of dbs at. Seems if the EQ was independent of the crossover it would have pumped up some of the freq. below 250 for me instead of leaving nearly all my speakers flat.

This is something I asked about in another thread. I never really got an answer. I got the impression no one really knows.

If no one replied that would explain why I don't recall seeing any discussion on it. Gotta say it will be nice to move discussions out of the Audio drops / lockups etc arena and into more fun nitty gritty stuff like this.

If you have a good quality sub then I would say in your case EmoQ has got it wrong.
