Hi there, I've been playing all day with my UMC (V6 beta 1), and even so far I'm glad with its SQ, there are still some issues really annoying. - EmoQIt doesn't work to me I've tried many times, and still same results. First, Crossover values : My front left speaker is at 20Hz and my right one at 250 Hz Then distance values, not really close, and most, quite incoherent. Ok, maybe it's cause of my room (small and raw) but still... EDIT : Partially fixed with the V6 beta2 Distances are good know, but crossover still doesn't make any sense- The SubwooferI don't know why, but there is absolutely no sound comming from the UMC SW-output. Checked in the setup many times, I don't get it EDIT : Fixed with the V6 beta2 - PCM multichannel No way to get PCM 5.1 with the Umc-1 from my PS3. It always plays at 2.0. But I read somewhere else on this board that's an well-known issue. EDIT : Fixed with the V6 beta2

One thing I noticed, at least with my PS3 (original fat) if you use the auto setup for the HDMI it will only detect the UMC as being able to do the basics (dolby digital, DTS) and 2 channel LPCM - it did not detect that the UMC could do multi-channel PCM but if you go in and manually do the setup you can check ALL the boxes (except maybe not AAC) and enjoy all the high res multi-channel.

My EmoQ (with beta 2) worked pretty good today. Cross-overs were pretty high for my surrounds, but most everything else was not too bad.
