One thing I can say so far is that I also experienced it very difficult getting the banana plugs into the posts

All music is in FLAC. I will basically just be doing comparisons between these systems and post my views on it.

One thing I can say so far is that I also experienced it very difficult getting the banana plugs into the posts while i didn't have the problems you mentioned having with getting your banana plugs into the post, the other way of thinking about it is you probably won't have to worry about them falling out or loosening up as far as the jacks are concerned I have both an XPA-5 & a UPA-2 and have no problems with the speaker post. I hope that wil turn out to be the extent of your complaints/troubles with the unit.
