Is anyone using these? If so, are they worth it or should I not waste my money?

Is anyone using these? If so, are they worth it or should I not waste my money? I am using the 4M one. The build quality is excellent - very well made and sturdy. I bought it mainly because I needed a longer cord and wanted to get something that was put together well, and this fits the bill (although it seems kind of pricey). I have the XPA-2 hooked up to it. If you are looking for any sound improvement, I wouldn't bother, though.

Other then the build quality, would the amps benefit having a better quality power feed over the stock cables.

I am also using the 4M cable for the same reason as monkumonku. These cables are very well built and not a bad price with the current sale that is going on. I do not think you will hear any difference is sound quality either but the factory cable was only an 18ga cable so it was pretty whimpy. This one is so much nicer it is worth it.

i am using 5 of them. i love the build quality and the fact that the shielding (which standard power cords have non) helps to limit the interference levels that might be transfered into video or audio interconnecting cables run near them. those are the reasons i have them. i use them for my key components which are: pre-amp both amps oppo 83 sub i love those power cables. no magic, just well implemented science. Erict, is that you?!?

i like the look and design of the plugs, i just think they are soooooo expensive for just being a power cord. if it were a signal wires, well, thats a different story
