sirius radio is 2 channel analog the dock is a 3.5 mm to rca , toslink wont work , i was just looking for cleaner sound than rca has to offer

I think the channels from Sirius are heavily compressed. I doubt anything will improve the quality - if that is where you are going.
One option is to stream off the internet if that is possible - they have the "premium" 128K upgrade.

yeah Ive tried a lot and about the best so far is just running 2 Chanel stereo but its still not cutting it , i have a unit at work hooked up to a crappy walmart stereo and it sounds great but im in a 60x 100 shop with 20 foot ceilings and six speakers ? go figure walmart ?
