i imagine they are finished with the first batch, and those lucky ones getting the emails now are getting the spots of those that didnt return cc info.

If you have contacted Janna in response to the e-mail that the XDA-1 will be shipping later this month, and you gave her your credit card information, I doubt that you will be hearing anything further until the unit actually ships out and your card is charged. Why would you expect anything prior to that?

Got my tracking number today, should have it next Tuesday!!! That's good to hear!!! I get my Oppo BDP-93 on Monday, and if I were to get the XDA-1 before Thanksgiving, then this should be one killer holiday for me. ;D |

Pre-ordered Oct 12th (via web), e-mail received yesterday to call with CC info for approximate Nov 24th ship date. Hmmm....I got a confirmation e-mail on 10/12 at 8:23 am EST, but haven't gotten an e-mail...other than one person who says they pre-ordered on the 11th and haven't gotten an e-mail...it would seem I narrowly missed the first batch. So those of you who *did* get an e-mail...I strongly suggest you pass on it this time around, wait for some user reviews, etc. You don't really want to live on the bleeding edge... ;D |

Due to your former stunt, I don't think your XDA will be "lost in shipping" but you could be transferred from the official Emo reservation list to the official Emo 'S-List'....LOL I think Mrs Laufman is a nice person but I'd personally refrain from such pranks because depending on her mood that day, she may just decide to hook you up. Furthermore, you may just wake-up Christmas morning and find coal in your stocking.....LOL Trust me, I'm speaking from experience cause I ruffled her feathers one time and Mr. Dan Laufman called my residence personally and I'm NOT joking.... I consider it a bygone, all is good, and I'm now a happy Emo customer & fan... |

Was contacted late last week re the XDA-1 shipment around the 29th this month. Wired the money over today, so I am in the XDA-1 club I guess My pre order was done on the 11th of October for the curious. |
