I like the design of those. It would have been cool if the letters were up and down.

They were sitting on my tool box at work and some of the temps or whatever dropped and scracthed the *&^% out of them. The way they are right now got rid of all but one ding. I don't like employees that mess with my things

Why you always gotta be disagreeing with me?? I don't always disagree with you.. don't you remember how I agreed that you NEEDED those OMD Mirage speakers? ;D I just picked up another set of 5's last week from Vanns ($149 ea) for my back surrounds, so now I am matched up with all the same series for my HT (minus the sub). Had to promise the Mrs. no more new speakers for a looong time...

I got them back in August and they are still here!

I just received my black trim pieces for the UMC-1 and I think they make a HUGE difference. They tone down the "Bling-Factor" nicely and add a "calmness" to the overall design. I am very pleased with the look now, but I'm still undecided whether I should go with the black screws or the standard "chrome" ones. Kinda like the shiny ones as they compliment the rest of the faceplate design with shiny buttons, so I'm leaning towards shiny....
EDIT: Actually, on second thought, the silver trim pieces kinda looks like an afterthought..... The black ones, just looks better and more subtle.

Looks cool, but why didn't you leave a window for the LED display? Handles would look good on it too!
