UPA-7 Hookups

Just purchased my new Emotiva UPA-7 As I anxiously await its arrival, I hope to use my Arcam AVR-300 as the Pre-Amp/Receiver. I'm running B&W 804S', B&W ASW610XP Sub, B&W Center Channel and surrounds along with a Simaudio Moon Super Nova CD Player. I was intrigued by the UPA-7's 7 Channel 125W claim and was wondering what would be the more beneficial use of the UPA-7/AVR-300 combo?

1-Use the Arcam AVR-300 to power L/R Surrounds and have the UPA-7 Bi-Wired on the Front L/R's and hook in the Center Channel

or

2-Use the Arcam AVR-300 Bi-Wired on the Front L/R's and use the UPA-7 for the remaining channels?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your input. The UPA-7 arrived last week. What a beast....it was almost a two man lift to get it out of the box. I was amazed at the build quality. Option 1 it is then. I'll let you know it turns out.

Hope you are enjoying the UPA-7, I have one and it's a monster.

I'm totally blown away! Hooked up my UMC-1 with my UPA-7 and it was a snap. Took about 2hours of configuring everything but well worth it. I watched 2 NFL games, a Blu Ray Movie and then listened to a couple of CD's. Everything was so clear and crisp. I even noticed the background music during on the NFL games that seemed oddly clear. Bass Management works well. I didn't bother with the EMO-Q. Overall, this setup is a keeper. Now looking for a XPA-2 to run front channels.

Let me know, I'd be leaning towards the XPA-2 but beggars can't be choosers! I also have a mint Arcam-AVR-300 for trade if you're interested.
