FYI, the problem I just found w/the new FW is that all day instead of thinking of work, JB's "Angel" kept roaming in my mind. Didn't get a damn thing done today as a result.

Just in case anyone was wondering, chief fanboy here chiming in. For my very generic set up, I am running literally problem free. The sound since 7.04 is simply exceptional. I am very happy and very glad for you guys as well.

I am very happy and very glad for you guys as well. Dude, you have no clue what quality is. The UMC 1 sucks. I'd rather buy a best buy mass market cheap receiver. There is nothing qaulity about the umc 1, it screams cheap from top to bottom. Notice how quality is spelled. Troll |

Hm, lol. I saw their post, and I was like 'huh..??' lol  By the sounds of it, they just have a vendetta of sorts. Just the same, a plain unwarranted and just uncalled for post. |

I am totally agreed with what you are feeling with UMC-1.
I am very happy to have UMC-1, too.
Especially, I am enjoying SQ coming out from direct-mode UMC-1 combined with RCA analog output of ERC-2. SQ of tuner is a great bonus.
