XSP-1?

In their recent podcast they referred to lots of new equipment beginning to be built after the Chinese New Year and to be available end of this quarter/beginning of the next. They didn't mention the XSP explicitly but I'm betting it would be around then.

I recently received an E-mail from Big Dan regarding the XSP-1, among other topics. Dan said that the XSP-1 is in production right now and expects it to be ready to ship in 6 to 8 weeks. Whereas it is actually being made in their China facilities, I would think that Lonnie will be releasing complete features for this unit very soon. This is excellent news and I am starting to drool at the thought of combining my XDA-1 with the XSP-1... pure ANALOG BLISS. Dan also mentioned that they expect to release 25 new products over the next five months. Emotiva is going to have a very busy Spring release cycle. As the Borg are famous for saying, "Resistance is Futile".

25? I can't imagine what they have planned. Shouldn't be that hard... XMC; XSP; a new line of amps to replace the UPA - 5/7; the XPR amps; the "ultra" speakers; maybe even some reference subs. So lets tally them up: New processors/pre-amps (2, 3 if he's counting the XMCs as 2) New Amps (XPR-1; XPR-2; XPR-5; XPR-7; UPA-5 replacement; UPA-7 replacement; MPA) (7) Ultra Speakers (5) Reference Subs (2) New Emo Products - 16 or 17 And lets assume the other 8 or 9 would be in the Sherbourn line. (but maybe they'll be Emo, and that will be exciting)

You would also need to add the High-end External Phono Stage and the External Headphone Amp that Lonnie has mentioned would be shiiping shortly after the XMC-1. Lonnie has also mentioned they are working on a Digital Server along the lines of the Olive; a Power Regulator; and Emotiva designed Equipment Racks/Entertainment Center. This is probably far fetched, but Emotiva has been toying with the idea of Blu-ray Player, Universal Disc Player, and the Magnetic Drive Turntable. Oh yeah... Lonnie has also mentioned that they were considering developing an Ipod Docking Station. Can anyone else remember some of the projects that Lonnie has mentioned that Emotiva was exploring?
