Am thinking of several uses for my new macbook air
1. connecting an ext usb drive to it to serve as my music storage
2. outputing via the 2nd usb to the XDA
now i have been reading inconsistent posts from here and computeraudiophile.com about the bit rate that USB is capable of
the pros over at computeraudiophile say that MAC usb output can do
24/192khz no problem without the need for special drivers
anyone can confirm this?
how do i check the sample output?
using
1. usp-1
2. upa-1 x 2
3. marantz cpd
4. quad 12Ls
planning to add on the XDA but am reluctant due to the bitrate issue
