Other than calling which other way can I contact Emotiva for customer service? I e-mailed the address's on Website but their servers don't send delivery receipts and have not received any response (maybe just a bit impatient :-[).
Just want to find out whether there is other e-mail address that I can use. Calling is a bit difficult due to the time differences.

Keep in mind many people are doing to same thing, so it takes a little to get a response. Normally I'll get a answer back within 1-3 days :) |
