Greetings and Salutations to all
Proud owner of some new gear. I updated my very old system with a wonderful foray into the world of separates. I have: Focal 836V fronts Focal CC800V center Focal SW800V sub Focal 814V surrounds
Driven By: Sony STR-DA5600ES XPA-2 fronts XPA-3 center and surrounds
Sources: PS3- BluRay/games Sirius receiver JVC CD player (oldie but goodie) Dish Network receiver DM port for I-pod
I could not be happier with the performance of the amps. It is amazing how much "life" they bring out of the speakers. I had used the AVR amplifier (130w x7) to power the system initially while awaiting the XPA-2s arrival. The performance was pathetic. After having the two channel in place for a couple of weeks I had to see how the the XPA-3 would wake up the center and surrounds. What a difference. I am a happy guy.
I am so pleased at what I have read in this forum, it is a friendly place with helpful, knowledgeable members.
I cannot say enough about the Emotiva staff either. Vince treated me wonderfully. I can't wait to meet you all at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in October
Thank you, Bradley

Welcome Bradley! Some of the folks here are a little nuts and some are from a different planet. But we all like the high dessert. Mine used to be those special brownies from British Columbia. Colorado Rocky Mountain High.

Thanks for the song and the wishes. It is different living out here. I have to accept that I really am a hillbilly now. I live out on a little ranch at the end of ten miles of dirt road. The directions to my house include "when you turn off the pavement" & "just drive through the creek" + "don't be scared of the driveway, you won't fall into the ravine"
Nowdays, I can just say roll down your windows and I will turn up the stereo. ;D
