Anybody have any ideas on this? I am sure it has been asked before but I guess the search function is to complicated for me.
Harmony One seems nice with the ability to program it online, but I keep reading good things about the MX-450. The URC seems more complicated to program being as that you have to do it on the remote but if it's a better remote I don't mind it taking longer to program.
Anybody have a recommendation on to which one? Do they both play well with the UMC-1? Maybe another one that is better but in the same ballpark as far as cost goes? I am looking to keep it around $200.
I need to be able to control a Samsung TV, UMC-1, Uverse box, Oppo-93, and future upgrades(CD player, etc)
Thanks for the help.

Can't comment on the URC, but the Harmony One works great with all my Emo and other gear. Online programming is easy and your configuration is saved for you to modify or recall if necessary. It also works at greater angles than the factory remotes.

Here's another view. I can't comment on the Harmony but my URC MX900 works great with all my gear. Its build quality is solid and the batteries seem to last a long time.
OTOH, I know that lots here use Harmony products. So either will suffice. I'd suggest you get hands-on both and see which one feels better for you.

URC is on another level than Harmony, the URC is much better quality and overall a better remote. I'd suggest you get hands-on both and see which one feels better for you. Good advice.
