Just a note to let you all know that Panamax has an upgrade offer for all current Panamax owners.
I have an old M5300-EX and with the growth of my audio system + adding some network capability, I was concerned about whether or not the M5300-EX would provide adequate protection.
While the unit is still functional, it's missing protection for network/Ethernet connections (which I will have on my new processor) and I need a few more plug ins. Panamax now has 10 power outlets on most of their units, they've added network/ethernet capability, they've upgraded the power handling for high current equipment and added a robust voltage regulation feature to the M5400-PM unit.
So, here's the deal:
Current Panamax owners can upgrade their older units to a new unit and receive 50% off published prices. For instance, the M5400-PM unit retails for $729.95 and with this discount, you can trade in any of your Panamax equipment and get this new model for $365!!!
I have no affiliation with Panamax (except as a customer) and I am only providing this information in the hopes that someone else here can use the upgrade.
This offer is not available at Panamax dealers. You can call Panamax direct to take advantage of it. I talked to Josh and he can be reached at 800.472.5555, extension 2324.

I have 3 Panamax units so this is tempting. I don't run ethernet or my amps on them though.
