Dear Emotiva staff. First I would like to note that so far I really enjoy your service. I ordered so far XPA-5, USP-1 and XLR Cables. Like everyone else I am waiting for XMC-1 processor There's one thing a bit troubling to me and I'd like your response please, although the service is courteous and excellent but is very slow in everything relating to Quote, for e.x I sent Quote yesterday morning for X-REF12 and so far I did not received attention, whether it comes under pressure on your service or takes several days to respond?
