Okay so im no technical writer or anything and dont use too many big fancy words to describe what i am hearing....I tend to just keep it short, to the point and real.
So I'll start off with a few words about the AR4's:
Fantastic
Amazing
Realistic
Encapsulating
Enticing
Insane
SICK!
Addictive
Persuasive
BAM!
WOW<-----not world of warcraft
Convincing
Deceiving
Controlling
Cute
I could go on for some time I guess with this.....
In short I was absolutely amazed with the sound in these very BIG BANG for the buck Monitors....I honestly dont think I've heard anything so convincing out of a set of speakers that only cost me $339 shipped to my door. I've only put about 3 Hrs of undisterbed critical listening into these things and well I had some Wish You Were Here, Some Brothers In Arms, Some Sara Mcglaughlin, Some DeadMau5, Radiohead, and WOW! I am impressed.....so Impressed that I am sitting there wondering damn.....now what do I do......Do I order a set of the 6's for My primary two channel listening and throw my B&W683's somewhere else?<---yes, I'm just that impressed, and if your wondering why I am considering the 6's...dont be fooled....its not that I dont think the 4's are enough....its that the 4's were bought so I could enjoy some hardcore gaming sessions and feel more like I'm part of the game......and I am confident that these Airmotiv4's are the ticket hands down!

A comfortable chair and all the lights off!
Its insane to sit there in the dark about 4 feet away from these things and all i can see is the big black curtain behind my setup and when I open my eyes and just stair into the curtain with nothing but the subtle blue glow of the emotiva lights.......I swear to the music gods that Mark Knopfler was standing right in front of me plucking away at the strings and ripping out some vocals.<---only....he wasnt "So Far Away From Me"
Think I'm being dramatic? <---buy some, find out for yourself.
