Wow! (an understatement). Beautiful work. The center is a great match for your L&R. I love the sub design. You are one talented Minnesotan! ;D

Well things aren't "that rosey" lol. I used solid oak for the mains, with full miter joints which, after a couple years, split open. There are full strips running the length of all joints and they screwed from the inside, glued, and sealed, so at least no air escapes and alters the parameters. Just noticeable from the back of the speaker. They are roughly 15 years old now. The sub is a few years older. The mains are all Peerless drivers with Leap designed crossovers from Meniscus Audio. The center are Vifa drivers in a kit they sold me later. The match the mains incredibly well.
The sub, though you can hear some port noise on test tones at certain frequencies, is just plan insane for such meager equipment. I mean the NHT amp is only a 60 watt mono amp. The JL Audio 12W2 is a dual 8 ohm voicecoil driver I run in parallel so the amp sees 4 ohms. It's not rated for it, but I have driven this thing hard for over 15 years and it's been flawless. I don't need a bass shaker unit on my chair. The ports fire downward which I was a little worried about at first, but the sound quality is great and it really gets intense during movies with a good LFE track.
I'm getting really excited about making a new enclosure for the sub out of at least 1", maybe 1 1/2" mdf. I may tune it a bit different, but it will definitely be capable of much more as the plexiglass front and 3/4" oak veneer limits the power handling of the driver. When I had this driver in my car tuned in a smaller box, it was flat out insane with great sound. I went for better sound with this setup for home use. I'm getting really itchy about doing some more building in the near future.

Thanks all.
Matt, you will have to stop over some time and see them and tell me what you think sound wise.
