Came back from watching this with the family.

I thought I would never say this, but this wasn't a Pixar movie!
It was a Disney movie done by the Pixar studios.

Not their best work story wise.

I like these animated blu ray movies. I really don't care too much about storylines. How were the picture and the sound? ;D

The SQ and PQ are exellent as all of the Pixar films have been to date.
So if you are only interested in eye candy, you are good to go.
But Pixar films have always been about the story first. I honestly didn't see that in this one.
I only hope this isn't the start of a new trend.

I'm taking the family out to see it tomorrow. If it sucks, at least we'll be at the best sounding theater in town with a Meyer Sound system lol.

Actually, it sounds like they use Meyer speakers in the Atmos system in the Dolby Theater.www.hometheater.com/content/dolby-atmos-demo

Of course Disney's name has top billing as in Disney - Pixar (See Toy Story triology).

To me, if the animation is done by Pixar, then it's Pixar.
Nobody does animation like Pixar.

Pixar makes movies for Disney.

I know the business behind Pixar and Disney, but are you telling me that you don't see the difference with previous Pixar movies and your typical Disney attempt?
This was corp shoving the disney princess formula down pixar's throat.
