Rounding to the nearest tenth in my HT set up I'm at 50%. My bedroom set up is all used (I did buy the transport 10+ years ago, but I consider it a donor). Thankfully, audiophiles like new (and the poll supports it) or I would have spent $2,000 on my bedroom system (excluding transport) instead of $800. If I would have got the same deal for the speakers as I did for my PC-1 in my HT it would have been a smidge over $400.

Usually new because of the technology, but my MPS was used and I would love to find a used XMC today. Looking for turntable and would definitely by used if I can find a good deal. Also depends on the waranty remaining as to whether I by used. That was the reason I was confident in buying the used MPS. Sold my slightly used IPS (got 1 of the last ones) so tosob got a good piece of used equip.

I look for things on the used market, especially if it is something that I just want to try out. Unfortunately I get a little impatient sometimes and have go the new route.
