Does each XPR-5, 2, & 1 need their own dedicated 20 amp circuit?

Theoretically they could each consume 20 Amps so you could say yes, but the likelihood of ever creating that situation is very low. You might be able to get by with just one circuit, or two at the most.
Edit: Sorry, I read your post as if you would have all three, again you can probably put other equipment on the same circuit.

How amps can a person put on a 20amp ckt? assuming amp set to cover a 7.1 theater system. I am building my system curious when will I tap the breaker

You need to assess cold startup amperage draw for each component, and what they draw once activated. Use a kill-a-watt or similar device to find out how many amps your equipment uses at startup and while on. You can turn on your equipment in sequence in such a way to run multiple devices on a single circuit.
The amps will draw differently when activated "cold" versus warm. It's like a motor that draws a bunch at start up, and Significantly less when idling.
Continuous draw is less than you'd think. My 7 channel x 250w class D draws 6 or 7 amps at cold startup, but drops to around an amp or so fairly quickly idling. My entire system (refer to profile signature) is active right now minus two low draw sources (Oppo/Bryston) and the sub. I am using around 2.81 amps continuous and between 190 - 340 watts of power depending on the equipment needs.

1 20amp circuit running 120volts will give you 2400 watts, most equipment say like the XPA-200 will have a max watt usage on the back, the XPA-200 is 450, and doesn't mean it will use that continuously....

For the XPR-5 its maybe 5-6 amps during cold start.
While powered on and idle it draws 65-85 w.

Honestly, I would ask an electrician....

You should be fine with one circuit. I'm an electrician so I went overkill on mine. Separate 20amp for each powered sub. One for the UPA-700. Then a separate one for the power conditioner/surge protector for the UMC-1 ,Bluray, and projector. Plus I put in a whole house surge protector. Also all of these have isolated grounds.

The startup is what will I had to contend with when installing my rear XPA-1’s. I have only one 15 amp outlet there. During surround play at moderate levels, I can get all 8 XPA-1’s jumping, but all that is just momentary peaks, and the one circuit seems to be able to supply the current. I could never have all the XPA-1’s start at the same time. I ended up programming delayed startup sequences in my remote.
