New gear

Well, I could not begin to tell you all the different gear I've gone thru in 30 years. I blame my pops, rest his soul, because he's the one who got me hooked on this addiction ;D

Any hoot - scored a mint set of Wharfedale Opus 3 in piano maple and they bring tears to my eyes - sonically and cosmetically

Also grabbed the XPA-2 and ERC-2 during the holiday sale, as well as the XSP-1 (just wish it would have been on sale too).

Last, found a new Quad L2 sub in the piano maple - just arrived yesterday, so still playing with settings. Not sure I even need a sub with these towers...

To top it off, thought I'd try some Emo cables. Honestly I have never bought into the idea that cables make a huge difference, and the verdict is still out on this - but they are some well constructed cables to say the least.

Quad L2 sub doesn't dig much deeper than the Opus 3. For music might not be much help. Good listening!
