Snagged a new SHERWOOD R-972 Newcastle AVR!!!
It's replacing my Boston AVR7120, which I love, but no HDMI.
The Sherwood/Newcastle is a step-up from the Boston, which is the same as the Sherwood R-965, so it should fit the bill for me.
I'll be running it with an AV123 x-series 5.1 set up that I got off of Audiogon, and consists of the ls speakers for the fronts & rears, cs for the center, and the x-series sub paired with a Velo SPL-1000.
Thinking a Emo x-ref12 would work nicely with this kit as well.
I'll post some pics once its all on-deck ;D
