Cool deal. I'm happy I get enough time to watch a movie any more, took me 3 sittings to get through Dark Knight Rises, lol.

LOL! Bill - I fully understand...I thought when I had small children it would be over soon and as they got "a little older" things would slow down a bit. Well...not so...mine are 11 and 13 and I still face this challenge. It's different reasons now (carting kids to soccer, scouts, school events, birthday parties, etc...), but a quiet night at home is a rarity. At least it's fulfilling to enjoy time with the kids and all the chaos that brings. Good chaos, it is...

Theater update: Bought both the UPA-500 and UMC-1 from lounge members, it's been a busy 2 days! Thanks to Bill and Chris for the great communication, and prices..

Now it's time to pray they don't get damaged during shipping. It sucks to work at UPS and see first hand the living hell packages go thru

It's a Christmas filled with Emotiva toys!! I love this hobby

Update: Both the UPA-500 and UMC-1 I bought off Lounge members are mated and powering my DefTech studio monitors and I literally got goosebumps when I sat down and listened. The Elite I had(VSX-01TXH) was no slouch either, but no way was it real world 110 watts, it's soooo nice to have real amplification again! And the UMC-1 is excellent, especially for the prices I paid!

Merry Christmas to the Emotiva family, I'm thrilled to be a part of it!
