Thank you Emotiva for giving me the service that you are known for. glad to hear it ! emotiva even sent a whole package of sherbourn pre-1 to my country indonesia as replacement for a damage which probably happen in shipment without i have to ship back the damaged unit to them. that's how responsible they are to their customers !

Wait, this thread is over a year old and NOW the amp module is getting replaced? This case has been tricky for Emotiva and me. But in the end Emotiva really has impressed me, and I will not EVER spend my money on anything else than emotiva-gear, when I am doing serious hifi-buisness. I have bought umc-1, xpa-2 and xpa-3 and a couple of nice surround-speakers. And since I do live in Norway, you can put approximately $500 in freight + 25%vat on both cost+freight. But I am still gratefull that I can get such good equipment to such a nice price. To me Emotiva is a part of the "AMERICAN-DREAM"
