I don't blame you for being upset; I would be too. However, I found out today that I have a medical condition that needs surgery ASAP. I am NOT pissed, I am just moving forward and doing when needs done. Life goes on and s&*t continues to happen! Call Emotiva customer service and I have no doubt that they will point you in the right direction. Best luck with your surgery jdubbs. Hey thanks! Really just trying to put this in perspective. The older you get, the more perspective you get. And there is nothing like facing your own mortality that does it quicker.

So what worse to hear: 1) Your amp has NO balls? 2) Your amp has LITTLE balls?
Just asking....

I would blow it out with about 40lbs of air pressure. Vacuuming won't get it all out in the tight places. Silica does absorb moisture, and moisture does conduct electricity. So be thorough. It's most likely not Emo's fault. At this time of year shippers throw boxes. They don't have time to gently place. I work for one of the big 2 carriers. Take my word for it, CARRIERS throw boxes at every time of the year. Speed is everything in the shipping business. No CARRIER is immune from damage. It's all about the packaging. (the "shipper" is Emotiva, FedEx would have been the "carrier".

Take off the cover and dump out the gel pellets. Put the lid back on, hook it up and enjoy your amp.

Question: why are those bags of silicone balls shipped with products anyway?

Question: why are those bags of silicone balls shipped with products anyway? They prevent condensation/absorb moisture during storage and shipping. Quite amazing really. C
