Sorry, but I thought this "redo" was a bit of a yawner with a predicable plot (of course, because it's been done before) and no better than average acting.

The most ridiculous part of this movie is the fact that Peter Parker's part is played by a 30 year old man Andrew Garfield (they are both supposed to be 17) and Gwen is played by 25 year old Emma Stone.

Neither one looked or acted like a teenager and the writing was just plain awful at times...

I liked it better than the other 3. Just for the video quality alone. The video is one of the most clear movies that I own.

and Emma Stone is cuter than Kirstin Dunst and her crooked teeth

I really liked this re-make. The actors were fine and they actually stuck to the original story with Gwen Stacey as in the comic books. I wasn't sure how I would react to a same story line, but it was entertaining and the special effects were great.

I bought it on Blu-ray.

I like the movie. But I find the video a little on the dark and dim side that I almost wanted to bump up brightness while I was watching it.

How on earth did you think they stuck with the original story? It was soooo far removed from the early comic book stories as to be, well, comical. Definitely the worst of the Spiderman bunch...

I was a little cheesed out at how teenage ish he acted, woo hoo, yippee, yee haw all the cheesy stuff he was yelling as he fought croc just felt thrown in there for kids. Acting was otherwise better than the original 3. I also thought he looked a bit like he was on cables as he was swinging, it look fake and didnt have a fluid feel to it. Shouldnt have blind bought it.
