Bass Management USP-1

Hi all,

I've tried to look this up as I know it has probably been addressed, but have been unable to find what I am looking for. Please provide a link if you know of a post out there....

I have a xda-1, usp-1, upa-2 combo connected to ert 8.3. I don't have a sub connected currently and I wanted to see what the best bass I could get out of this system, without a sub.

This is strictly for music, all types, rap and r&b to classical and jazz.

Any suggestions on the usp-1 bass management or the ert 8.3 switches on the back?

I believe that without a subwoofer, your only real option is to use the full range outputs of the USP. As for the ERT 8.3 boundary compensation switch you'll just have to try and see which position you like best. It's there to cut the bass in a certain range when the speakers are placed close to a wall.
