I ordered one during the sale and am wondering if there is any news on a shipping date. I think the order page said tomorrow (1-28-13). Does anyone know more than that?

Right now the XPA-2 product page states, "We are currently sold out of the XPA-2. For more information, please call 615-790-6754." Have you given Emotiva a call at the number given? If not, I'd bet they will let you know when an XPA-2 may become available. If you haven't given it any thought yet, have you considered a B-Stock XPA-2 unit? If not, ask them if they have any B-Stock available. There isn't a member on the Lounge except the actual Emotiva employees that will have any of the information that you ask for, nor is the Lounge the Official Emotiva website, though sometimes they may come on and answer some questions. It is always best policy to go to the main website for anything Official and if you can't find it there, then calling them and asking will get you your answers.  |

Thanks LCSeminole, you're right of course. I was just up at midnight wondering and thought that if an "Insider" couldn't sleep and was on line they could answer. I will wait until Monday and give them a call if I don't get an email first.
BTW, I just got back from Navarre Beach. It was much nicer than here in Missouri.

No problem at all! One other thought, if you don't mind buying used, try the Lounge Emporium section. XPA-2's come up from time to time and all Emotiva equipment comes with a transferable warranty. Just another option anyhow! |

When I ordered a XPA-2 on January 8th, the website said it would be shipped on the 31st.
The next day in got a confirmation that my USP-1 was shipped and the XPA -2 would ship on the 31st.
Did you not get this confirmation?

Did you not get this confirmation? I had to go back and look but yes, I did get the same info you did. I just didn't remember. LCS, thanks for the info but I have already bought one and just waiting for it to ship. I just need to be patient. It's so hard to do though.  |

XPA-2 delivered today! The sound has changed since I hooked it up midday-not as "bright", which is good. My amp has a hum, without a signal. Since it is temporarily plugged into the wall, I'm not concerned.
USP-1 last month. XPA-2 today. Next will be MMGs to replace my Celestion bookshelf speakers.
It's been way too long since I had a 2 channel system in the house!
