Hmmm. Just hooked up my new XPA-200 to the pre-amp LF/RF outs of a Marantz SR-5007. Up to then I'd had only a subwoofer connected to the SW1 out, to a Canton Sub10 which had worked fine.
Now there is no bass output from the sub, although it is on (set to trigger on when input received). No other settings changed in the Marantz...
Any ideas what might be going on or how to troubleshoot?

Recheck the settings in the Marantz. Plugging in 2 new outputs may have changed them, or switched them to a different set.

I assume you've already checked to see if your speakers inadvertently got changed to "Large", or the bass management crossover from them to the subwoofer got changed or disengaged somehow?
Probably a setup menu thing - look there first for defaults, and settings - especially those having to do with level outputs, crossovers, pre-outs, etc.

There it is... they were set to large, so I changed them back to small in the menu and voila.
thanks!
Should I re-run the Audyssey set up with the new amplifier in the system?

Yes definitely, as Audyssey also corrects for speaker level and capability too - some of which is dependent upon amplifier output. Glad you found the problem!
