A few weeks ago I was doing some cable management and tripped over my power cord to my XPA-3. I sent Emotiva an email asking if they could let me know what the cost of a replacement cord was and told them funds were tight due to my moms hospitalization. Promptly they sent me an email letting me know they we going to send one out and it showed up 2 days later at no charge even though it was my fault. I just want to thank Emotiva for providing such stellar service, it really meant a lot to me. It is service like that which will keep me coming back to them and telling everyone I know how great a product and service they provide.

You are definitely right on the money. They are an excellent company. I know how people sometime tend to only mention negative service so I wanted to share something positive since they are most certainly deserving.
