At 500W @ 4 Ohms which will be the load, this sounds pretty good at the sale price.

I'm using a UPA-1, 350 watts onto 4 ohms, to control my 15 inch subwoofer and I'm really impressed at the control and musicality.

Just what I wanted the hear, someone that's using an Emotiva amp as a sub amp. I think this is trigger pull, but I'm going to wait until the Boston show to see if the price is even better. This will be Emotiva product #7 for me!

Nope, not until subs come on-line. Then they'll be the stands! Yes, it looks like that process is beginning, upgrading the stands to subs. Once you buy the amp the drivers probably won't be far behind and by then it won't be long until you've got subwoofers to replace those stands.
