Sure. Provided they are in the rough impedance and power ranges of the xpa-5

I used the spare channels on a UPA-7 to drive my two 12" DIY subs until I finally got a pair of plate amps and installed them. Worked quite well since the drivers are rated for 200w max with 4ohm single voice coils. Like DYohn said - an amp is an amp.+
