I am wondering how hard it could be, to install a subwoofer output in the Mini-x.I know it would have to be wired to the variable Vol.control and balanced to the left and right output.Any thoughts

It is unfortunate that the RCAs aren't selectable between fixed and variable. It would make the mini considerably more flexible.
But it might push the cost up beyond the price bracket they are aiming for.

Yes GreenKiwi It would be nice. But for price the Mini-x brings it.But I am thinking DIY.adding a subwoofer output.Or making the fix output to a variable.Need a wiring diagram.

Why not just use a subwoofer that has high level inputs? If you are planning on DIY, a lot of the plate amps available have this option.

I am using a subwoofer with high level inputs in my current setup.Works fine.Just thinking out loud. After some quiet thought.I guess its way to involved and most likely impossible.
