I always hear about hard to drive speakers and big "impedance/phase swings" and some Emotiva users reporting that some Emotiva amps didn't sound as good with these type of speakers. Would this speaker below be considered a hard load on an amp: Source:selahaudio.com

I am no expert but it seems to me like a fair 4ohms speaker.

I wouldn't call that a difficult load. Any well-built amplifier should have no problems with that impedance curve. However, before passing final judgement, I would also be interested in the companion electrical phase plot. This measurement type shows phase angles and can lend further insight into how hard the speaker load will be for the amplifier. I checked out the Prestigio product page, but did not see this measurement published.

I am no expert but it seems to me like a fair 4ohms speaker. Agreed. Looks like the impedance never drops below about 4.3 ohms. The swings up to the 16 ohm range aren't really uncommon and actually present an easier load to the amp. ..

"Difficult load" generally means the impedance goes below 4-ohms.

Your speaker is not a difficult load for any Emotiva amplifier. As mentioned in the tread, your speaker does not drop below 4 ohm. Emotiva amplifiers can drive low impedance speakers very well. I drive my Martin Logan speakers (ML electrostatic speakers drop below 1ohm @ 20Khz) with two XPA-2 in bridge mode without any problems. I will also add that I think my XPA-2's sound better in bridge mode with the low impedance speakers...

Emotiva is very specific about not using the XPA-2 in bridge mode for anything less than 8 ohm nominal speakers. Guessing you haven't had a problem though.

I know, after a talk with Big Dan @ THE Show in Orange County this year where Dan said just do it, I tried and so far no problems. I am not recommending to do this though.
