Need spacers under you gear? Leg extenders to isolate or lift something? Consider Bench Cookies: A one inch tall, three inch wide plastic disc with 1/8 inch thick rubber pads on the top and bottom. These pads absorb vibrations and provide a non-slip surface to increase grip on most surfaces. They are designed for use on a workbench, to raise a piece of work off the table and keep it from slipping around. One brand the ROCKLER has accessories that include extenders and a pointy cap. These accessories open up a lot of additional uses. A second brand by Bench Dog is also available. The best thing about these discs is the price. You can get them at most home improvement stores for $10-12 bucks for a set of four. I use them on my workbench quite a lot, and have just begun to integrate them into my electronics. A good and CHEAP find.

I use rolls of duct tape. LOL. For the shop I mean.

I have used all kinds of things in the shop as well. I really like the blue ones from Rockler, I am using a set to increase the space under my processor. They fit perfectly under the existing legs. I am going to get some of the pointed caps to use with bookshelf speakers.

Hockey pucks work great also. You can usually find them at any sporting goods store for about $2 a piece.

Yup. Those are useful little goodies. I use them in my shop, mostly for holding a piece I'm sanding.

I have a dozen of these, they work great with the litter units. When I pull the cable out of these feather weight components from the back, they usually fly across the room, these little cookies tend to help.

Thanks for these suggestions. I was trying to figure out what feet I could use for a Hafler 9505 I acquired.

For those familiar with these, would they work well to isolate a turntable?

Yes sir, they would. They have nice vibration absorbing pads on each side. The pads also increase surface tension, thereby making them "grippy".
