Just in case you guys don't know, there seem to be plenty of places one can visit on the interwebs to find pictures of naked and nearly naked people. Don't really see what the need is for all of this at an audio site. I am surprised it is being tolerated.

? Is this a reference to the little picture of a girl in a scanty nurse's outfit I posted in Chuck's "sick" thread? That is the only even remotely risqué picture I have ever posted.
What SPECIFICALLY are you complaining about?
Or, are you a troll?

No, not a troll. Just offering friendly advice to a company the spends its time and money hosting a site designed to sell stuff, that it is not in their best interest to be offending people. Start with a sahmen post. Would you want your kids to walk up on you while you are reading a audio gear board and see this stuff.

I still don't know what you are talking about specifically (is sahmen a user?) however, this is a user site and as such you will see some pics that may be questionable. Maybe you should look into an image blocker for your browser if that may possibly pose an issue for you regardless of what site you may happen to be on. You can also report anything that may be out of order to the mods and let them decide what to do.

I for one am not offended by your avatar, nor do I find most of the 'cheesecake' photo's offensive or in bad taste. On the rare occasion photos go too far they are quickly removed by the admins.

( I saw this pic and yes its pretty nude). But do we really want to go down this path? In today's world the politically correct are taking over. Every time you turn around there is something new you cannot say or do ! I feel freedom of expression, speech rights should be left alone. If someone posts something I don't like then I forget about it ! I say let the pic stay ! Merry Christmas !! Oh I can't say that ! Happy Holidays !!

While I see the point the OP is trying to make, I do not find the picture offensive (admins and mods are free to disagree). For my two cents, this is not nudity as all parts are adequately covered. I've seen just as much skin revealed in a bikini with just as much definition of genitalia; both in real life (pool or beach) and on non-adult websites. Furthermore, the thread that the photo in question was posted in was a non-audio thread that had no A/V content. Looking in that thread the viewer can assume quite reasonably that non-audio/video content would likely be talked about or on display.
Also, as a fellow parent, if my child saw something like that and had a "bad" reaction to seeing the human body in a non-sexual, non-nude presentation I would be worried about my child. We don't live in the middle east or under Sharia Law. If someone is upset or offended by the human body then that's their prerogative. While I do feel that nudity or depictions of sexual acts should not be on this forum, I feel just as strongly that the picture that was alluded to does not fall under either of these definitions.

Oh please , everything is covered , you see more at the beach, anything I post ,is at least by me, checked to see that the relevant places are indeed covered.. Man ,it seems humour and pics with a girl in it are well liked here, nothing that outrages the majority, gee ,lighten up, I come here for two reasons,1. To learn from those who are generous with their knowledge about all things audio and visual and pass it on to people like me and 2. To have a bit of fun with some humour and laughs with those who also like a laugh , man some people are just to serious, geee...
