I have one. It works fine. I had trouble getting all the UMC-1 functions to load. Also the interface on phones and tablets is clunky. I prefer to use the harmony remote when I can, but it does what I need it to. I can control the system from the patio which is why I bought it. Here is a link to an earlier post of mine: link

Another thought. I think you can download the app to your phone or tablet and see it before you buy the hub. It is a free app and won't work until you have the hub so their is no code or anything needed to download it.
Also, consider it is still just a fancy IR blaster so think ahead where you are going to place it.

I've tried to set one up to run the system at my parents' house, which is a very simple HT comprised of a 70" Sony LED TV, Oppo BDP-103, Emo UPA-500 and a Fios STB. The Fios box is run into the rear input of the Oppo and the Oppo is used as the pre/pro. The main complaint I have is more about how the Harmony controls the input selections on the Oppo; Oppo uses a cyclical Input selector vs. discrete Input selection (i.e. press "Input" multiple times to get where you need to go). Bottom line; its an inexpensive solution and works well enough, but you have to try it on your own particular set of gear to see if it runs as you'd like it to. _____________________________________________________________________ - Sometimes the terseness of my reply can't be blamed on my phone.

Overall I'm not a fan of harmony remotes, mainly due to lag issues, problems with customization, and sometimes when programming they don't let you solve the issue without calling in for assistance via their help line. Though on the other hand you will have trouble finding another product at the price point harmony remotes come in at. I'd recommend URC MRX-1, but they are priced very differently.
