I've noticed in the past few weeks a barrage of technical questions and/or inquiries being posted here on the forum. This forum is a wonderful resource filled with wonderful people that are always here to help. But if you're having trouble setting up your particular Emotiva product, or feel that you're experiencing a technical hiccup with regards to your Emotiva product's performance, please call our technical support team first at 877.366.8324. Our technical support team is here for you and they are have a terrific track record for resolving customer inquiries in a single phone call. It's actually rare that a product needs to be sent back for service. So before you take to typing and then waiting for someone on the forum to assist you, please give us a call first, we're here for you.
