My truck makes it around pretty well in the snow I used the snow blower yesterday to clear the driveway. It helps, but when it is windy it just all blows back in your face. I think I might be getting close to shelling out the cash to get a blade on my 4 wheeler.

Originally from the St. Louis area and still get back there from time to time. I was supposed to have some vacation after New Year's that would have kept me there until last night. Glad my vacation was cancelled. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Here in 10-OC it was a balmy 11 degrees and just a dusting of snow.

We had over a foot of snow here on Friday, and today it was in the upper 50's. It was an excellent opportunity to teach my son about sublimation, as we watched the snow go right into fog. Currently a toasty 22, expected to go down to 6 by morning, for a 50 degree drop in just 24 hours.
It's not so much the cold that worries me, it's the fact that everything will be a sheet of ice in the morning, since the snow never fully melted, and all the surfaces were wet earlier.

One of my ex-girlfriends was into sublimation, but I didn't like to put on the chains.
