Just got the Mini-X-A and am very happy with it paired to the Pioneer BS22-LRs with an iPod/iPhone source. I would also like to alternate the iSource output with the audio output from my television to the mini's single inputs. Does anyone have any experience with or know of any drawbacks to using adapters such as the the Audioquest Hard-Y-Adapter 1 male to 2 female RCAs so I don't have to continually change the input cables? www.audioadvisor.com/AudioQuest-Hard-Y-Adapter-1-Male-to-2-Female-RCAs/productinfo/AQM22FHRD/Any other adapter suggestions around the single input on the Mini?

I would suggest using a passive switch of some sort, as opposed to using a Y cable in reverse. Not sure what one would be best, but I am sure someone will chime in with a good recommendation. Good luck!

You need to get a switch as paintedklown suggests. I would not recommend using a "Y" cable to combine multiple sources into one input on the amp. It can potentially damage the amp.

Are you using a 1/8" plug to connect to the iDevices? If so, another option would be to have a RCA --> 1/8" jack from the TV and simply plug it into the TV when you want TV and into the iDevice when you wan that.

Bingo! Thanks very much to each of you for your advice. The TV jack should do the trick and protect the amp so that's the way I'll go.
