Hi.. I looking for help for a problem with my ERC-2. I finished listening to a CD and as usual the screen said stop and I ejected the CD. I then noticed the entire screen was lit with everything on the menu including ten 000000:00:.00. The ERC cycled like it would load another CD but would not and the screen remains lit with everything. I tried cutting power but nothing seems to help...Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be much appreciated ..Thanks

Can't say I've ever heard of this happening to anyone, I'd recommend that you give Emotiva Tech Support and go from there. Do let us know what the fix turns out to be.

Thanks I called them today .I haven't heard back from them yet.. Will keep you posted when I know more.

RMA received from emotiva . Sent out Fedx today.. Its not very old and problems already.... I'm bummed

Update on ERC2 problem. Received back from Emotiva on Wednesday after a turn around time of about 3 weeks. Problem found " front panel controller blown". Hooked it up ERC to DC 1 to UMC 200 into Sherbourn 7/150. This is the first time I've heard the ERC with the new amp..... WOW sounds GREAT ! So all is well in my music world......until this AM. After playing a few CDs the same thing happens again front panel display lit with everything in the menu and it will not load another CD. I hope I 'm not expected to spend another $30 to send it back.

Before coming to any conclusions, I'd call Emotiva customer service/tech support and see just exactly how they can help you in this matter.  |
