Has anyone else seen it?
I couldn't believe how loooooooud it was. And that's not a bad thing!
Maybe the theater I was in just had the volume set correctly, but man did that movie really THUMP.
The audio really impressed me.
Fun movie. Not a deep story line, but nice way to spend a Tuesday night!

Audio and video quality was very good, but compared to the original, it just didn't hold up as a movie for me.
...and Jim, I'm so excited about the new Godzilla movie but I'm hearing that they may have messed the classic roar?
If it is baed on this clip, I'm not sure.

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed regarding the story compared to the original. It felt like there were some big gaps, or something missing.
You know what that trailer screams? Needs beer.
Watching the new movie with beer...... Yum.
Did they really mess up the classic roar??? Hmmmmmmmmmm.

If it is baed on this clip, I'm not sure. This is going to be tough to judge as he was the director of the amazing movie Monsters. From the looks of the trailer, he may take the same approach as that movie whereby you don't really see the actual monster at all aside from some glimpses here and there. That being said, as this looks to be a holywood production he may not have the same liberties. I'm sure a lot of the viewing public wouldn't really appreciate his style as compared to someone like Michael Bay (cough *crap* cough). I guess we can only wait and see For those who like monster movies, The Host was absolutely brilliant and funny. www.imdb.com/title/tt0468492/?ref_=nv_sr_2Sorry to get off topic. While I enjoyed Robocop when it came out (I was only 15), I doubt it holds up as well today. I'm sure the new one should be fun and I will end up watching it.
