Something interesting is going on, so reaching out to my fellow lounge members for some help. It previously worked just fine, but now my Ultra Sub 10 basically has no sound output. I've connected it to two different systems, used different cables and when connected you need to turn the volume up all the way on the Ultra Sub before you get any form of out put from the sub.
Any help is appreciated and if you need additional details to help troubleshoot please let me know.

Your amp module went bad. You need to send it in to have them fix it. Contact them first and they will have you try a few things out to make sure it is bad. One good thing is you don't have to send in the whole thing, just the amp module. Saves a lot on shipping. It is a little hard to get out because the seal glues itself to the enclosure, but just get a small 90 angled pic to grab the screw hole and pull. You can also use a small screw driver but be careful not to scratch or dend the enclosure or amp plate. Had this happen twice to me. Actually my amp module is at Emotiva right now getting fixed.

Amp plate was RMA'd and will be sent back tomorrow. Was told 1 - 2 weeks turn around time.

I had two ultra-12s that had a similar issue. They had to replace a defective "muting" cap. They have been fine ever since.

I am getting mine back today. So their estimate of two weeks was good. They told me it was a cap that went bad, so now I know which cap it was.
